Location Midlands, preferably Northampton area We're looking for a dynamic Soft Services Manager to oversee cleaning, security, reception, office services, grounds maintenance, and general facilities services across key sites. This is your chance to combine leadership, innovation, and operational excellence in a role that makes a real impact. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of site and mobile staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational performance. From creating and managing cleaning schedules and audits to ensuring compliance with HSQE standards, youll take ownership of all aspects of soft services delivery. Youll work closely with clients to identify risks, implement best practices, and deliver tailored solutions, while managing budgets, P&L, invoicing, and supplier performance.
