This innovative business have designed a systems to meet the unique needs of growing businesses, offering a seamless, reliable, and cost-effective solution.\n\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a specialisation in payroll services to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our payroll services division by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each business.\n\nAs a Software Business Development Manager you will:\n\nIdentify, target, and engage potential SME clients to promote our payroll services\nDelivery of strong inbound office leads for the sale of payroll services and software\nConduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the unique payroll challenges of each client, and present customised solutions\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the SME sector\nProvide customer demonstrations on the new payroll software and ease of use with clients\nAttend Face to Face meetings to build and nurture relationships with the payroll customers\nCollaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, presentations, and campaigns\nStay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and recommend strategies\nRegularly report on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior management\nTo be considered for this role:\n\nProven experience in business development or sales, ideally within sofware\nDemonstrated success in selling to SMEs, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this market\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\nAbility to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients\nStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for helping businesses succeed\nProficiency in CRM software and other sales toolsWhat you will get in return:\n\nUp to £35,000 OTE £80,000 TOP earners earn £140,000\nUncapped monthly commission\nDaily, weekly and monthly incentives\nProfit Share Scheme\n25 days' holiday plus bank holidays\nDay off on your birthday\nPension Plan and Life insurance\nAccess to Employee assistance programme \n\nINDMANJ\n\n48801KAR\n\nPortfolio Payroll Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
