What you will do

Design and build robust backend systems powering our AI co-worker within complex NHS workflows. Integrate advanced AI models into high-stakes healthcare processes like discharge, referrals, and bed management. Own the full feature lifecycle, from data pipelines and APIs to monitoring and continuous iteration based on real-world feedback.

The ideal candidate

Possesses a strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals and proficiency in modern backend development practices. Demonstrates the ability to design, debug, and ship high-quality, production-ready software. Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative, in-person environment with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
