We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech that has transformed its market in just a few years. Their payments platform processes billions in transactions annually, supporting a growing customer base across multiple countries.

As they continue to scale, they’re investing heavily in the internal platform and infrastructure that powers their engineering teams.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a Core Infrastructure (Platform) team focused on building the foundations that enable product teams to move quickly and safely.

You’ll work on developer-facing infrastructure, helping to reduce friction, automate manual processes, and improve how software is built and deployed across the organisation.

The team operates with an “infrastructure as a product” mindset - treating internal developers as users and continuously improving their experience.

What you’ll be working on

• Building and improving a self-service internal platform used by multiple engineering teams
• Enhancing developer experience (DevEx) by simplifying workflows and reducing cognitive load
• Developing and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure and tooling
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Supporting scalable, secure, and reliable platform architecture
• Collaborating closely with engineers to understand pain points and deliver practical solutions

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE
• Experience with Golang
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Terraform)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• An interest in improving developer experience and building internal tools
