What You’ll Do · Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams of software engineers, setting direction, removing obstacles and ensuring on-time delivery of high-impact features for the Ivanti platform. · Foster a culture of autonomy, accountability and mutual respect, encouraging open communication, problem-solving, and risk-taking. · Partner with Product, and DevOps leaders to define priorities, align resources and deliver end-to-end solutions from ideation through release and beyond. · Champion engineering excellence: promote best practices in coding, code review, test automation, DevOps and release management. · Inspire innovation and support team participation in continuous learning, hackathons and internal development initiatives. · Use data and telemetry to guide team improvements, performance tracking and decision making. · Support the personal and professional growth of your team, providing mentorship and clear paths for progression. · Foster a diverse and inclusive culture in line with Ivanti’s values.
