Software Project Manager – Fintech Company - Horsham, West Sussex – Hybrid/Office based (up to 50K plus bens).

Stratospherec is delighted to be recruiting for a leading Fintech software company who work with prestigious clients in the finance industry. Our client thrives on delivering highly innovative solutions to its clients. Due to its continued growth, it has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Software Project Manager to join its agile multidisciplinary team.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and build, through to development, implementation, and ongoing support of this company’s award-winning software which is continually evolving with new features, API integrations, and ongoing optimisations. You will be the primary relationship manager throughout the onboarding process, ensuring successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

This is an office-based/hybrid role working with a friendly collaborative team at the company’s office in Horsham, West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing the full project lifecycle for onboarding, including scoping, build, development, testing, and go-live support.

- Defining and managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

- Coordinating with internal teams (developers, business analysts, and support) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

- Client relationship management as well as working closely with the tech team to ensure accurate scoping and delivery of tailored requirements.

- Collaboration with third-party platforms, APIs, and integrations to ensure seamless connectivity with back-office systems.

- Overseeing UAT, data migration, and production deployment phases as well as the provision of post-launch support, ensuring a smooth transition to BAU operations.

- Working with the support team to resolve any issues and provide ongoing relationship management.

- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements based on client feedback.

Key Skills & Experience Required

- Proven project management experience ideally with financial services clients.

- Experience with back-office systems and their integration requirements.

- Familiarity with API integrations, data migration, and UAT processes.

- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internal and external.

This role is paying a salary of up to 50K plus benefits.
