Solar Panel Installation Team – Permanent, Full-Time Location: Nationwide Commercial & Industrial Projects

Morson Edge is recruiting an experienced Solar Panel Installation Team to deliver large-scale commercial and industrial solar PV projects across the UK. This is a permanent, Monday–Thursday role involving regular nationwide travel and overnight stays (typically four nights per week).

Accommodation, fuel, and a company van are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise solar PV installation teams on site

Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and compliance standards

Deliver toolbox talks and manage RAMS and CPP documentation

Liaise with clients, site managers, and Operations teams

Carry out QA inspections, snagging, and final sign-off

Support AC/DC coordination and commissioning activities

Essential Requirements (Applicants Must Have)

Proven experience installing commercial solar PV systems

Experience leading or supervising installation teams

Strong knowledge of flat, pitched, and trapezoidal steel roofs

Confident working at height with an excellent safety record

Valid CSCS Card – mandatory

IPAF certification – mandatory

Manual Handling certification – mandatory

Working at Height, Harness, and Asbestos Awareness (preferred)
