?? What Youll Be Doing

• Oversee and validate electrical work across our internal property services.
• Compile, verify, and sign off electrical certifications.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with industry standards.
• Carry out regular engineer audits Work in Progress, Post-Completion, and Health & Safety evaluations.
• Deliver toolbox talks and training to maintain a high level of technical and compliance knowledge.
• Support the onboarding and induction of new team members.

?? What Were Looking For

• Qualified Electrical QS certification.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical engineering and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• A proactive, safety-first mindset and a passion for developing others.
