About Us
RenEnergy are now recruiting Solar PV Installers / Solar Panel Fitters to join our Site Operations team based in Blofield Heath, Norwich but working on projects across East Anglia and the UK. This role reports directly to the Site Supervisor, ensuring smooth project delivery and on-site support. At RenEnergy we are leading the way in the renewable energy sector, delivering innovative solar PV and clean energy solutions across the UK.
The Role
As a Renewable Energy Installer, you will be responsible for fitting, servicing, and maintaining solar PV systems on a variety of commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects. You will play a key part in ensuring systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This role offers full training, making it a great opportunity for those with installation, construction, or engineering experience who want to develop a career as a Renewable Energy Installer in the fast-growing green energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain commercial and industrial solar PV systems on different roof types, ground arrays, and solar carports.

Fit mounting brackets, rails, and panels on pitched and flat roofs.

Assist with cabling, trunking, conduit, and cable tray installations.

Support electricians in running cables, connecting isolators, and installing batteries.

Ensure all work complies with site Health & Safety and CDM regulations.

Safely use a range of installation tools and technical equipment.

Work outdoors and at height, adhering to all safety standards.

Maintain accurate records and reports

About You
We are seeking candidates who have:
Previous experience as a Solar Installer, PV Installer, Construction Installer, or Engineer (commercial/utility preferred).

The ability to work at height and outdoors in all weather.

Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM requirements.

Strong practical skills with hand and power tools.

A full, clean UK driving licence.

A motivated, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work away from home for projects Mon to Fri

What We Offer
Competitive salary £13.50 per Hour / enhanced rate when working away including subsistence allowance
