Our client, a growing renewable energy contractor delivering large-scale residential developments across the South Coast, is seeking an experienced Solar PV Installer to join their installation team.
This is a long-term opportunity working on new build housing sites organised installs, consistent workflow, and no domestic sales or customer chasing.
The Role- Installation of roof-mounted solar PV systems on new build properties
- Working across Fareham and surrounding areas
- Reading layout drawings and mounting plans
- DC cabling, inverter installation & commissioning support
- Liaising with site managers and electricians
- Proven Solar PV installation experience
- Working at height experience
- ECS/CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, quality-focused approach
- £36k £42k salary (experience dependent)
- Consistent work on organised developments
- Career progression into lead installer / supervisor
- Van & fuel (depending on level)
