About the Role The Client are seeking an experienced Solar PV Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery of our solar projects from design through to commissioning. This is a key leadership role, ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. About the Company Our Client is a UK-based EPC contractor with over 30 years of experience in renewable energy. The company specialises in solar PV, battery storage, and heat pump systems , delivering turnkey solutions for commercial, agricultural, and residential projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee the technical design and engineering of solar PV systems for commercial, and utility-scale projects. Conduct site audits, generate QC reports & snagging punch lists for installation teams. Experience of interpreting EPC contracts & specifications, ability to convert into electrical schematics, drawings and sub-contract work specifications. Author technical information for tender submissions. Create bill of quantities, rate cards and schematics from chosen design. Competent in cable sizing and AC network calculations.
