About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solar Technical Service Manager to lead and develop our after-sales service operations for solar inverter systems across the UK market. This is a hybrid position , requiring office presence 1-2 days per week in our London-based office , with additional travel across the UK as required. You will be responsible for delivering high service quality, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence across residential, commercial, and utility-scale PV installations. Acting as the key interface between customers, service partners, and internal technical teams, you will ensure full compliance with UK regulations and company standards while driving continuous improvement across service operations.
