Solicitor - Commercial Property - Bristol - NQ-2 Years PQE Location: Bristol Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 A well-established and award-winning law firm is seeking a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and collaborative team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in a supportive environment with direct mentorship from an experienced Associate. The Role You’ll be responsible for assisting and managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

Refinancing transactions Lease work for both landlords and tenants Site acquisitions, finance, and disposals Corporate support on property-related matters Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals Maintaining high professional standards and compliance

Candidate Requirements

0-2 years PQE in commercial property Experience working with developers, investors, lenders, and landlords/tenants Strong technical and drafting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Confidence in managing matters with supervision High attention to detail and accuracy Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems
