Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham.

Your role:

Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion
Handling a broad range of residential property transactions
Providing guidance and support to junior members of the conveyancing team
Playing an active role in business development, networking, and client relationship management
Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department

The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years' PQE
Have strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing
Be comfortable managing a varied and busy caseload independently
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be a motivated team player with the confidence to work under minimal supervision
Have a proactive approach to business development and client engagementWhat's on Offer
