Solicitor – High-Value Multi-Track Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence (8+ PQE)
\nGrade A Fee Earner | Fully Remote | £48,000
\nSolicitor or CILEx (must be able to charge at Grade A rate)

\nA leading claimant personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor or CILEx to join a specialist team working exclusively on complex, high-value Multi-Track and Clinical Negligence claims. This is a rare opportunity to work on six- and seven-figure cases in a highly supportive environment, offering exceptional involvement without the pressure of running your own caseload.

\nThe Role
\nWorking as part of a small specialist team, you will support a Director across a high-quality caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims. You will be involved from the early stages through to trial preparation, including:
- \n\t
- Drafting witness statements and letters of claim \n\t
- Managing pre-issue and post-issue litigation tasks \n\t
- Liaising with defendants, counsel, experts, and clients \n\t
- Preparing key court documents: claim forms, particulars, schedules of loss, disclosure lists, bundles, etc. \n\t
- Taking liability and quantum witness statements \n\t
- Researching quantum and relevant issues \n\t
- Coordinating conferences with counsel \n\t
- Handling trial preparation and organisational work \n
You will not be required to handle final settlement negotiations, which are retained by the Director.

\nType of Work
\nYou will gain exposure to a broad range of complex, high-value matters, including:
- \n\t
- Serious RTA and EL/PL claims \n\t
- Catastrophic injury (brain injury, spinal injury, amputations) \n\t
- Fatal accident claims \n\t
- Clinical negligence (misdiagnosis, surgical errors, delayed treatment, amputation-related negligence, and more) \n

Requirements
\n\n\n\n- \n\t
- Grade A fee earner – 8+ PQE Solicitor or CILEx with practising rights\n\n\t
- \n\t\t
- (Or within 12 months of achieving Grade A / practising rights) \n\t
\n\t - Strong background in Personal Injury litigation – multi-track, CN, or both \n\t
- Solid knowledge of the MOJ Portal, CPR and litigation procedures \n\t
- Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills \n\t
- Ability to work proactively with strong attention to detail \n\t
- Compassionate, empathetic and analytical approach \n
