~ You’ll handle both pre-litigation work and litigated cases in the Sheriff Court, All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court (ASSPIC), and the Court of Session. Strong advocacy skills and confidence handling Sheriff Court and ASSPIC cases. \Strong knowledge of court procedure, legislation, and case law. \A collaborative team player with a commercial mindset.
