Solicitor Motor Injury (All levels - NQ+) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Motor team, working on a broad range of motor injury, credit hire and damage claims. Our client works with a wide range of insurers and corporate organisations, advising on the defence of claims across all values and levels of complexity. Youll be part of a national team handling diverse defendant litigation matters, with exposure not only to motor claims but also to areas such as catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, casualty and professional negligence. The team is also increasingly involved in providing strategic, pre-emptive advice and dispute resolution support. The Role Youll be responsible for managing and assisting on a varied caseload of motor injury, credit hire and damage claims, spanning both pre-litigation and litigated matters. This will include cases where liability is disputed, as well as opportunities to attend court and work alongside Counsel. Day-to-day, you can expect to: Handle your own caseload with appropriate supervision Work towards and achieve key financial and performance targets Ensure quality control, compliance and accurate reporting across your files Get involved in marketing and business development activities, including client engagement and events Continue developing your technical expertise through training and ongoing learning Work in line with internal procedures and data security protocols About You This role would suit a Solicitor that enjoys litigation - ideally with an interest in motor injury work and/or some prior experience in this area. However, just as important is your attitude and approach.
