The Role:

The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its thriving property team.

You’ll work across a broad range of residential transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Lease extensions and complex title work
• Regularly work on properties valued up to £10M

You’ll have your own manageable caseload of 40-50 live files while collaborating closely with high-end estate agents and repeat clients, supported by an experienced and approachable partner team.

The property team consists of circa 10+ people and they have recently hired into this department from Top Tier L500 & HNW Chambers firms.
