The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential and commercial conveyancing caseload, acting for buyers, sellers, landlords, and lenders.Duties will include handling property transactions from instruction through to completion, drafting and reviewing contracts and associated documentation, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, and ensuring transactions progress efficiently and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, delivering high standards of client care, and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to post-completionDrafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, transfers, and supporting documentationConducting and reviewing property searches and title documentationLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties throughout transactionsAdvising clients clearly and effectively on conveyancing mattersEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and client care proceduresMeeting deadlines and maintaining accurate case recordsQualifications and ExperienceLegal qualification (e.g. Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Paralegal or equivalent legal qualification)Law Degree LLBKnowledge or experience in residential and or commercial conveyancingUnderstanding of property law, land registration, and conveyancing proceduresStrong communication, drafting, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple files and work effectively under time pressureCommitment to high standards of client care and professional ethicsAble to manage a conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to post-completionExperience within a legal practice environment required #J-18808-Ljbffr
