An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associate level lawyer to join our highly regarded Commercial Property, Telecoms & Licensing department at our London office. This role will specialise in the telecoms sector, working with some of the largest telecom clients across the UK market.In this role you will get the chance to:Draft, negotiate and complete leases and licences to document the installation and use of masts on new and existing sites.Issue proceedings at court or the Tribunal to seek rights under the Telecoms Code.Advise clients on the notices to be served under the Telecoms Code (whether that be to renew existing occupation or acquire new rights).Instruct Counsel to prepare pleadings for Court proceedings.Advise clients on notices to quit and notices received under the Telecoms Code (where an operator is being asked to vacate land).Attend client meetings/calls on a daily basis.Note to agencies: We value our agency relationships and for this role, we have instructed a small selection of chosen agency partners to assist us with this search. They have been fully briefed on the role and WS.ABOUT YOUThis role will be ideal for either someone who has a good grounding in commercial real estate, and is looking to gain practical experience and specialise in the Telecoms area, or for someone who has experience working within the telecoms legal sector.
