The Role
You will take responsibility for a specialist caseload of military accident and injury claims, including complex, sensitive, and high-value matters. You will work autonomously while collaborating with a strong remote team of experienced PI professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload focused on military personal injury claims, including:
Non-freezing cold injuries (NFCIs)
Training-related injuries
PTSD and psychological injury claims
Assault and negligent exposure cases
Historic injury claims
Handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation.
