As a Solution Engineer, you will act as a strategic and technical partner to enterprise prospects throughout the sales process. In collaboration with Sales, you’ll help shape deal strategy, influence evaluation criteria, and provide insight into industry and technology trends. You will work closely with customers to understand goals and guide them towards meaningful business outcomes. Key skills include strong communication and the ability to translate complex concepts into a clear compelling value for a wide range of stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with enterprise prospects to uncover, analyze, and validate both business and technical needs.
  • Create and deliver customized platform demonstrations that clearly illustrate how the solution can drive measurable outcomes.
  • Address technical questions and concerns, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation process.
  • Develop strategic recommendations that connect customer objectives with the platform’s capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Sales to shape deal strategy, influence evaluation criteria, and resolve challenges that arise during the sales cycle.
  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, proofs of value, and other presales activities that highlight the platform’s strengths.
  • Use active listening and thoughtful questioning to help customers gain new perspectives on their challenges.
  • Contribute insights during internal deal reviews, offering clear technical guidance and recommendations.
  • Provide thought leadership by sharing knowledge of emerging technologies and trends relevant to the industries you support.


Requirements:

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in a SaaS pre sales or solution engineering role, ideally supporting complex, enterprise level opportunities.
  • Managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects at once is something you handle confidently.
  • You communicate complex technical or business concepts with clarity, using polished written and verbal presentations.
  • Presenting to senior executives and C-suite leaders feels natural to you.
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly as market conditions or organizational needs evolve.
  • Your messaging is thoughtful and tailored, resonating with different industries, roles, and business contexts.
  • Fast paced environments energize you, and you’re motivated by helping enterprise organizations achieve measurable impact through modern SaaS solutions.
  • You’re open to traveling up to 25% to support customer facing activities.
