As the Director of Solutions Engineering at Unily, you will lead a global team dedicated to showcasing our platform's capabilities to address each clients unique organizational challenges. Build, lead, and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers across key regions.
Participate in the pre-sales process to provide technical expertise and implementation guidance
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical implementation approaches
Ensure that client challenges, goals and requirements are well documented and shared with our implementation teams so they have client context at project kick-off
Client Relationship Building
Collaborate with RevOps and Enablement to define KPIs, tooling, and training programs.
Track SE performance metrics (conversion rates, attach rates, cycle time).
Drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and field intelligence.
Stay current on product features, capabilities, and implementation best practices
8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar roles at a B2B SaaS company, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity. Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and virtual teams.
