Solutions Architect (.Net, React and Azure) As the Solution Architect, you will drive the technical vision and end-to-end architecture for the build of the Sphere global product platform in React, leveraging .NET and Azure cloud services. You will work closely with client teams to deliver a unified, scalable, and future‑ready solution that meets global business requirements. Lead the design of modular, extensible front‑end and back‑end architectures using React Native Web, .NET Core, and Azure. Define integration patterns for APIs, regional instances of legacy systems, and design system components. Ensure adherence to branding, security, and compliance standards across regions. Create technical blueprints for feature rollout, API integration, and cloud deployment. Guide PODs and cross‑functional teams in implementing React‑based UI and .NET APIs. Oversee migration of legacy Angular components to React, ensuring code reusability and maintainability. Implement monitoring and observability using Azure Application Insights and related tools. Support UAT, production deployments, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise solutions with ReactJS/React Native, .NET Core, and Azure. Deep understanding of cloud‑native architectures, microservices, API management, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Hands‑on expertise with Azure services: App Service, Functions, AKS, API Management, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps. Experience integrating with authentication libraries (e.g., Ping), regional APIs, and GDS components. Good understanding of application security requirements and secure coding practices. Strong background in CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality tools (SonarQube, Veracode). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills. Establish CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, automate testing, and enforce coding standards. Optimize application performance for desktop and mobile channels.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with UX, DevOps, API, and business teams to align technical solutions with DX. Accessibility: Good to go. Experience with working on mobile applications a plus. Prior experience working with financial services clients.
