Job Description

The S2P Indirect Procurement & Invoice to Pay expert in S/4HANA plays a critical role in overseeing the SAP S4/HANA global implementation (“Digital Core” program). This expert in ‘Indirect Procurement & Invoice to Pay’ will lead the S2P DT team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of testing and project milestones. As a Senior S/4HANA Expert, you will support stakeholder engagement and deliver S2P solutions alongside partners such as Common Edge and SIs, focusing on Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, Credit Memos, and related processes. Your leadership will be vital in achieving transformational objectives, ensuring smooth implementation with effective risk management, controls, and security.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing the SAP S4/HANA global implementation (“Digital Core” program), leading the S2P DT team, supporting stakeholder engagement, and delivering S2P solutions, focusing on Procure to Receipt for Indirect Materials and other related processes. You will ensure project quality, timeliness, and compliance with security and controls standards.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience in large-scale digital transformations within global organizations, with high adoption of new tools
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA transformation projects
• Proven expertise in Source to Pay processes, especially Procure to Receipt, Purchasing Pricing, Invoicing, and Credit Memos in S/4HANA
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices, innovations in S/4HANA (e.g., RPA), OpenText VIM, and SAP integration products (e.g., DRC, MDG, BTP)
• Strong project management skills and leadership of cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision-making proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Review business requirements during build and testing phases for Procure to Receipt, Invoicing, and Credit Memos
• Analyze current S2P technology infrastructure and align it with business strategies
• Develop and maintain SAP solution strategy, architecture, and integrations
• Define and enforce SAP solution standards and procedures
• Manage risks related to SAP solutions
• Guide and mentor SAP consultants
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
