Solutions Consultant - Professional Services Automation (SaaS)
UK and Europe
£70,000-£90,000 basic + £20,000 OTE
A high‑growth SaaS company operating in the professional services automation (PSA) and project/resource management space is expanding its presales function following a major acquisition. They are now looking to appoint a Solutions Consultant to support enterprise sales cycles across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Their platform helps organisations plan projects, allocate resources, and manage financial performance more effectively - used by agencies, consultancies, IT service providers and software teams across multiple markets.

Established in the mid‑2010s and now backed by a larger global software group, the company has built a strong reputation for product quality, consistently receiving high ratings on G2 and Capterra. With a compact but high‑performing commercial team, strong investor support and a rapidly expanding European customer base, the business is entering its next phase of growth. Their technology is widely adopted by marketing agencies, consultancies, IT service providers and software development teams, typically serving organisations with between 25 and 1,000 employees. As the demand for integrated PSA and work‑management tools continues to rise, this is a company well positioned for accelerated expansion.
The Opportunity
This role is central to the sales process, supporting Account Executives by running tailored product demonstrations, building proof‑of‑concept configurations, and presenting the technical and operational value of the platform to senior stakeholders. You'll work across a range of industries including marketing, consulting, professional services, software development and IT. You'll be involved from early discovery through to detailed solution mapping, helping prospects understand how the platform can improve capacity planning, delivery efficiency and financial performance. With strong inbound activity across Europe and a growing pipeline following the acquisition, you'll step into a presales environment where demand is high and the product is well regarded in the market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting sales opportunities by delivering high‑quality, tailored demos
- Designing bespoke solution configurations, including proof‑of‑concept builds using prospect data
- Running discovery sessions to understand technical and operational needs
- Presenting to senior stakeholders across operations, delivery and professional services
- Articulating product value, use cases and ROI with strong narrative and storytelling
- Collaborating with Account Executives
What They're Looking For
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years in presales or solutions consulting, ideally within PSA, PM, resource planning, or adjacent software categories
- Experience delivering live demos and translating complex requirements into tailored solutions
- Background in workforce management, CRM, HR planning or work‑management SaaS is also relevant
- Comfortable supporting enterprise‑level deals across multiple stakeholders
Package
- £70,000-£90,000 basic salary
- £20,000 OTE (paid quarterly)
- Remote role with travel paid for as required
