A high-momentum, venture-backed AI startup is building an elite, talent-dense team in the heart of London’s financial services ecosystem.

Following strong early customer traction across the UK and US, the company is now hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to help accelerate deployments and commercial execution.

With plans to pursue a Series A later this year, the equity package offers meaningful upside for early joiners.

The Role

This is a highly impactful, customer-facing engineering role at the intersection of product, platform, and client delivery. You’ll work directly with customers to deploy AI-driven workflows into production environments and help shape the future of the platform.

You’ll be expected to move fast, take ownership, and thrive in a high-performance startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack integrations connecting AI agents to customer systems
• Develop data pipelines and “glue code” for production deployments
• Run technical architecture sessions with customer stakeholders
• Act as the product feedback loop — surfacing bugs, bottlenecks, and feature opportunities
• Manage technical relationships with IT, security, and data teams
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Support continuous platform improvement and occasional core platform work

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in Forward Deployed, Solutions, or Full-Stack Engineering
• Experience within a highly regulated Industry such as Banking, Payments, Insurance, Pensions
• Strong Python expertise
• Proven experience delivering production solutions directly with customers
• Strong REST and/or GraphQL API experience
• Excellent problem-solving and systems thinking
• Strong communication skills in cross-functional environments
• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)
