We're working with a rapidly growing Series A startup backed by top-tier VCs who are seeking highly skilled Solutions Strategist to be at the intersection of customer success, technical delivery, and strategic consulting.

You'll work directly with clients in critical infrastructure sectors to discover their operational challenges, design precision software solutions using the company's platform, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.

This isn't a traditional customer success or implementation role - it requires equal parts technical depth, analytical thinking, and client relationship management. You'll be trusted to independently lead complex engagements from discovery through deployment and beyond.

What You'll Do:

Client Discovery & Engagement

• Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand their operational challenges and business objectives
• Map critical processes and identify high-impact opportunities for digital transformation
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical and operational teams

Solution Design & Delivery

• Leverage the company's AI-powered platform to collaboratively define solutions with customers
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical implementation
• Ensure solutions align with customer objectives and deliver measurable impact

Enablement & Support

• Provide comprehensive training to ensure customers can fully utilize deployed solutions
• Offer ongoing strategic guidance and support post-deployment
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle

Continuous Improvement

• Gather and analyse post-deployment feedback to refine solutions
• Identify patterns and opportunities for product enhancement
• Stay current on industry trends in utilities, energy, manufacturing, and construction

About You:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline would be a bonus
• Sharp analytical thinker who can untangle complex challenges, especially when stakes are high
• Natural ability to navigate stakeholder dynamics and align expectations across technical and business teams
• Proficient with Python for data wrangling and analysis
• Skilled at making technical concepts accessible and persuasive for any audience
• Comfortable with project management frameworks and tools to keep work on track
• Excel in dynamic settings where you're balancing competing priorities and working through uncertainty
• Comfortable with travel to customer sites for discovery, training, and deployment support
