Known for innovative designs, high quality products, and a community driven brand culture, they are now expanding their global supply base and looking for a talented Sourcing Executive to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with international suppliers, support the product development cycle, and play a key role in delivering collections that inspire customers worldwide.

What you will be responsible for as the Sourcing Executive:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across the globe
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers, understanding payment terms, MOQs, lead times and cost-saving strategies
• Collaborate with suppliers on cross costing exercises to optimise value while maintaining quality
• Monitor supplier performance using the monthly traffic light system and share reports with the team
• Maintain accurate supplier factory data, ensuring it is updated monthly.
• Scope and assess potential new suppliers alongside the Senior Sourcing Manager
• Stay informed on different countries of origin and their manufacturing capabilities
• Support key sustainability goals, keeping up to date with innovations and feeding insights back to the team
• Coordinate and manage product samples in the office
• Run sourcing and performance reports with confidence, using strong Excel skills to interpret data
• Manage daily email communication with the global supply base
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Product Development, Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance to align on the global sourcing strategy and ensure smooth operations from concept to delivery.

The sort of experience you will have to be our new Sourcing Executive:

• 1–3 years’ experience in sourcing, buying, merchandising, product development, or supply chain
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse data effectively
• Confidence in supplier negotiations and understanding of payment terms, duty rates, MOQs, and lead times
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• A collaborative, proactive approach with strong communication skills
• An interest in activewear, fashion, or lifestyle products, and a passion for sustainability
