The Sous Chef will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in creating and delivering high quality seasonal and locally sourced menu. The Sous Chef will get involved in all aspects of this new kitchen, developing new menus ideas, and help train and develop team members.

Salary and Benefits Starting basic salary is to £36,000 p.a. Depending on experience.
