We're recruiting a Sous Chef to join the award-winning Restaurant in London. This is a unique Sous Chef opportunity where fine-dining, bakery production and large-scale event preparation combine with genuine social impact. You'll work alongside the Head Chefs to operate both Restaurant kitchen training kitchen and support within the Bakery when needed. If you are a strong Sous Chef with pastry or bakery experience , confident running a busy kitchen and passionate about mentoring others, this is a great opportunity in London. The role Support the Head Chefs in running both the restaurant training kitchen and Bakery. Support in delivering structured training towards City & Guilds NVQ qualifications in professional patisserie and bakery. Operate the kitchen on a fully commercial basis, preparing food for restaurant service and events. Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency and presentation. Oversee ordering, stock control, wastage management and weekly stock takes. The ideal Sous Chef Proven Sous Chef experience within a busy kitchen and fine-dining environment. Comfortable managing multiple services, production demands and event orders simultaneously. Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
