The Role Working closely with the Head Chef, youll be part of a 6-strong kitchen team delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality dining across site. Youll play a key role in maintaining standards, motivating the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Taking full responsibility in the Head Chefs absence Leading and inspiring the kitchen team by example Liaising confidently with Front of House and senior stakeholders Delivering exceptional food standards under pressure Ensuring all H&S and food safety procedures are followed at all times
