We are looking for a Sous Chef for a new site opening in Osmington Mills. Following a complete refurbishment of the pub, gardens and surrounding accommodation, we will be reopening The Sunray in early May. The Sunray is the newest addition to the Fired-Up Collective , a boutique group of restaurants and pubs on in the South Coast comprising of Nusara, The Old Thatch, The Goods Yard, The Greyhound and The Old Beams. The portfolio is looked after by one succinct, dynamic Management team and our employees benefit from being part of this family orientated ethos as well as having the ability to move across brands and look for career opportunities within the group and not just for progression within their site. We are looking for a strong Sous Chef with a wealth of experience in the industry. We serve fined pub classics, alongside seasonal dishes and rotate weekly specials. You will be responsible for running all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, an therefore should be comfortable running all sections of the kitchen.
