Sous chef required for a Gastro pub near to Newmarket. This is a fresh food pub , with locally source produce, this is a team of 3 in the kitchen, this therefore is a hands on role. As a junior sous chef, you will be the number two for the head chef and run the kitchen when he not in. all the chefs only do straight shifts and they finish at 6pm on a S unday !. sous chef £33-36k, must drive due to the...
