Has previous Sous Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant or brasserie
Is confident leading a section and supporting the Head Chef
Thrives in busy services while maintaining consistency and standards
Has strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
Is eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
