We are working with a great Catering company and looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. This is working in a busy Hospitality and Fine Dining Kitchen. This is a Monday to Friday role so you have all weekends off. You will also have the opportunity to take on paid overtime hours as well regularly. This is an ideal role for a Sous Chef who has worked in Rosette or Michelin kitchens and wants every weekend off and most evenings but still cooking at a very high standard!
This is a 40 Hour contract with some flexibility needed as you will cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the on site A la Carte Restaurant cooking from 30 - 90 Covers this will be Monday to Thursday as Friday is just breakfast and lunch service. There will be a mix of morning shifts with some evenings required. Also you will help on events so Canape and Buffet / Bowl Food functions.
We are looking for either Contract Catering Chefs who have worked in Fine Dining kitchens or restaurant chefs who have cooked to Rosette or Michelin standard who may want a better work / life balance and have all your weekends off.
