As a Sous Chef, you will have: Excellent communication and leadership skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality food. Experience in all aspects of kitchen management, including menu writing, costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules, and supplier management. Previous experience in fine dining Italian or Sous Chef roles is highly desirable but not essential. However, a love for Italian cuisine and fresh ingredients will be a great advantage.
