We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our vibrant independent restaurant in the heart of New Milton. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven chef who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment .
What we're looking for:
Proven experience cooking to high volume while maintaining exceptional quality.
Ability to cope under pressure and deliver consistently during busy service.
Strong leadership skills to support the Head Chef and motivate the team.
A genuine love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menus.
Role Details:
Full-time position: Minimum 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days .
Live-out role - candidates must be local to the New Milton area or able to commute.
