About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients, managing kitchen operations, and supporting junior team members. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, enjoys leading by example, and is committed to delivering consistently excellent food.
