Sous Chef - Farm site and Restaurant

We are currently looking for an experienced Sous chef located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop with a real family feel. The successful Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in the overall responsibility and daily operations of all sections across the sites kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.

The Perks

The Person

The Sous Chef will have: Have experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation. Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP Ideally be able to drive or live locally Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail Have the confidence to create and be innovative
