This banqueting venue which is located is located in Westminster is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be contracted to 40 hours per week which offers a salary of £37,000 however, you will be required to work 48 hours per week on average which will bring your salary up to £46,245.
Overtime after 40 hours, Monday Friday paid at time and a quarter (£22.22) overtime on the weekends paid at double time (£35.57).
As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You will be doing conferencing and banqueting, ranging from canapes and bowl food to seated fine dining dinners up to 300 covers. You will be working in a brigade of 9 chefs and there is lots of room for you to develop within the company. TPBN1_UKCT
