Sous Chef – Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations. The Sous Chef will help oversee food preparation, maintain quality standards, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure a clean and efficient working environment. This role requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
