The Role:
Supporting the Head Chef in delivering 3 Rosette-level cuisine
Maintaining exceptional standards across all sections
Contributing to menu development and innovation
Leading and motivating a passionate brigade
Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in high-end, fine dining kitchens
Background working to Michelin or equivalent standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about ingredients, seasonality, and presentation
Ambitious, driven, and committed to excellence
