*The Sunray is the newest addition to the Fired-Up Collective*, a boutique group of restaurants and pubs on in the South Coast comprising of Nusara, The Old Thatch, The Goods Yard, The Greyhound and The Old Beams. We are looking for a *strong Sous Chef* with a wealth of experience in the industry. We serve fined pub classics, alongside seasonal dishes and rotate weekly specials. You will be responsible for running all aspects of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, an therefore should be comfortable running all sections of the kitchen.
Criteria:
- Experience working in kitchens in a *busy restaurant or pub environment*
- A basic *understanding of targets* such as wage percentages, sales and margins
- Excells in running and maintaining *excellent relationships with a team* of staff
- *Food Hygiene Level 2 *or above
