Under the mentorship of our *award-winning Head Chef*, this is a rare opportunity to refine your skills, gain high-level kitchen experience, and be part of something truly special. If you're relocating, *on-site accommodation is temporarily available* to help you settle in and focus on what you do best.

We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming atmosphere and a menu that caters to all tastes—from hearty breakfasts to comforting pub classics.
What You’ll Do:
* Support the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management and service
* Help deliver *high-quality pub favourites*
* Lead the team during busy services and maintain high standards of food and hygiene
* Assist with *menu development* for daily pub offerings
* Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen organisation
* Train and support team members
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
· Availability throughout weekends
· Excellent food hygiene knowledge (Level 2/3 Food Safety preferred)
· Calm and focused with a hands-on approach to problem solving
· Flexible and committed, with a desire to grow and learn
