We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join a prestigious private members’ club within a high-profile London venue, working directly alongside a highly regarded Head Chef.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a true Number 2 position, with real influence over the food, team and direction of a quality-led kitchen.
The offer
- £45,000 salary (flexible for the right person).
- 40 hours per week.
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu (your choice.
- 5 out of 7 working patterns.

The Food & Kitchen
- Seasonal British cuisine with Scandinavian influence.

- Semi open kitchen with a visible, professional pass.
The Role
This is a true Sous Chef position with responsibility and autonomy.
- Act as Number 2, supporting the Head Chef across all areas.
- Run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Lead, develop and motivate the team.
- Drive food quality, consistency and standards.
- Support menu development and evolution of the concept.
- Take ownership of service and kitchen performance.

- Proven Sous Chef within a quality-driven kitchen.
- Strong background in fresh, seasonal food.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
