Were looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our fast-paced, creative kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in quality, and is ready to play a key role in shaping exceptional food experiences.
As Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently outstanding dishes, support and inspire the team, and help drive standards across the kitchen. From prep to pass, youll be hands-on, organised, and always one step ahead.
What youll be doing:
Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading the team during service with confidence and energy
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Assisting with menu development and specials
Training and motivating junior staff
What were looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role
A genuine passion for fresh, high-quality food
Strong leadership and communication skills
The ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
