Sous Chef Latin American Restaurant West End, London Salary: £40,000+ | Full-time | Permanent Were looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join a modern Latin American restaurant in Londons West End. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up or an established Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen. The Role Youll support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, lead sections during service, and help maintain consistency and quality across the menu. Youll also contribute to new dish ideas, specials, and overall kitchen development.
