We are looking for a Sous Chef to join an exciting, quality-led kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering a refined, seasonal menu, pushing creativity while maintaining exceptional standards across both prep and service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef from a Michelin or Rosette-level background who thrives in a professional, detail-driven environment and is looking to be part of a kitchen where food, standards, and ambition are taken seriously.
* Experience in a high-quality kitchen (Michelin / Rosette preferred)
* Strong technical skills with attention to detail and presentation
* Ability to lead service in the Head Chef's absence
* Confident training and mentoring junior chefs
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Passion for seasonal produce and modern cooking
* Calm and reliable under pressure
