You will be an experienced chef with a strong fresh food background, ready to step into a key role within the kitchen.Youll be confident supporting the Head Chef, leading the team in their absence and ensuring standards remain consistently high.As Sous Chef you will:
Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead the team during service, ensuring consistency and quality
Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
Help train, mentor and develop junior members of the brigade
Manage kitchen operations including stock control, ordering and compliance
